Simcheck INN-8448 Single Chip Adapter - Each ADAPTER has a 32-pin connector which mates with SIMCHECK's SIP (Green) socket Simple Type: Test & Measurement
The X1 SINGLE CHIP ADAPTER (p/n INN-8448-1) enables SIMCHECK to test popular 64Kx1, 256Kx1, 1Mx1, and 4Mx1 DRAM chips. The X4 DRAM ADAPTER (p/n INN-8448-2) is also available to test DRAM chips with sizes of 64Kx4, 256Kx4, and 1Mx4.

Features
- The graphic display shows either one bit or four bits. Thus for the X1 SINGLE CHIP ADAPTER, a good chip results in one check mark and a bad chip results in "F".
- The SINGLE BIT test is not used for the X1 SINGLE CHIP Adapter.

- The X1 SINGLE CHIP ADAPTER has two ZIF sockets: The 20-pin socket (marked U1) tests the 1M and the 4M chips.
